Worthington Field Studies, Inc. has established a scholarship fund to help assist qualified students in meeting part of the financial burden of the WFSI Summer Trip. Partial scholarships from this fund will not cover the entire cost of the trip. Partial scholarships may be awarded to students with superior academic records and demonstrated financial need. The WFSI Scholarship Committee will determine the amount of the partial scholarships awarded based upon funds available and the quality of the applications.
To complete your WFSI Scholarship Application for a Worthington Field Studies 2022 course (Puerto Rico, Ohio Parks, or Southwest), please submit answers to the following questions. A letter of recommendation and application needs to be received by January 31, 2022. Applicants will be notified of the WFSI Scholarship Committee's decisions by February 31, 2021.
In addition to the form below, please complete the following items:
1) Demonstrate need for a partial scholarship by having your parent or guardian send a typed statement including income/tax documentation and the total number of people in the household to

2) Have your high school's Guidance Department send an official copy of your high school transcript directly to Dr. Gupta at the address above.
3) Obtain one letter of recommendation as a character reference from a member of the community. Instruct the person you ask to submit their letter of recommendation here.
